Candidate privacy notice

The personal data you provide through the application form (including your full name, email address, links to personal or professional websites, CV and any additional uploaded files) will be processed solely for the following purposes:

• to evaluate your application for possible employment with our company;
• to contact you for interviews or further information;
• to retain your profile for future job opportunities, subject to your explicit consent.

Your data is processed lawfully on the basis of:

• Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR: your consent;
• Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Data will be processed using electronic tools, in compliance with current security measures, by authorized and properly trained personnel.

Your data will be retained:

• for the time strictly necessary for the current selection process;
• no longer than 24 months from receipt, if you have consented to data retention for future opportunities.

Providing your data is voluntary, but failure to do so may make it impossible to evaluate your application.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred to non-EU countries or international organizations, unless strictly necessary for technical reasons (e.g., IT service providers), and always in compliance with the GDPR.

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time, including:

• access to your data;
• rectification or erasure;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
