Business & Strategy Intern, Founder's Office

The position

You will be involved in day-to-day business and strategic activities, supporting execution and helping translate plans into concrete outputs. You will gain first-hand exposure to how an early-stage deep-tech startup is built, funded, and structured.

Key responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor activities: contribute to the preparation of pitch decks, business plans, financial models, and investor materials; help organize and update data room documents and follow-up materials.
• Support business and market analysis: conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to support positioning, go-to-market assumptions, and growth strategies.
• Prepare materials for meetings and decision-making: create presentations, briefs, and summaries for investor meetings, partner calls, internal discussions, and events.
• Participate in strategic calls and meetings: join calls with investors, advisors, partners, and other stakeholders; take notes, track action items, and support follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day execution and organization: help structure tasks, timelines, and priorities typical of an early-stage startup environment, ensuring activities move forward efficiently.

Who we are looking for

• Background in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and strategy, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured early-stage environment.
• Strong written and spoken English; Italian is a plus due to interactions with Italian stakeholders.
